Do you train models on our data?

No. Crewly uses Anthropic and Voyage APIs with explicit no-train terms. Your memory is yours, exportable any time.

What happens when the trial ends?

Crewly tells you before it does. Subscribe to keep your team's coworker running — your memory stays intact either way.

How many seats do I need?

Team billing starts at a 5-seat minimum at $25/seat/mo. Smaller crews can start free on Solo while we're in early access.

Refunds?

Full refund in the first 30 days, no questions. After that, prorated on plan change or cancel.
